Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from WrightGear.
Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To start a return, contact us at Support@wrightgear.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will coordinate the return process with our fulfilment partners on your behalf.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned once opened, including software, digital products, and hygiene-sensitive accessories.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Your UK Consumer Rights Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
